Our Brisbane client engaged us to take on the task of fully sanding a mixed pine and hardwood timber floor that was close to one hundred years old. The client also requested that the entire floor be stained with a 100% Black Japan stain.
We had to removed quite a few nails, staples and linoleum coverings that had been put in various patches throughout the house.
The final result dramatically transformed the look and feel of the entire house. The timber flooring created a new beautifully dark appearance with the compliment of a classy water based satin finish.
Even the team at JB Floor Sanding Brisbane were amazed at how wonderful a floor this age could look with a little love and hard work. We were certainly super proud of another job well done with this one!
